Tuition and Fees for the 2020-2021 School Year

Application Fee

Enrollment / Re-Enrollment Deposit

  • The Enrollment Deposit is non-refundable and due within two weeks upon your agreement to enroll your child in order to secure your child’s place for the following school year. This deposit will be credited towards the annual tuition.
  • For new students, this deposit is due no more than two weeks after notification of admission to secure your child’s place for the following school year.
  • For returning students, this deposit is due by March 15th of the previous school year to secure your child’s place for the following school year. Re-Enrollment deposits are not refundable after March 15th.
  • Along with the Re-Enrollment Deposit, a signed Enrollment Contract is also due. If the child does not enroll or attend after the contract is signed and/or the deposit submitted, the deposit is not refundable.
  • Tuition is non-refundable including if the child does not attend for a period of time or does not complete the school year for any reason.

Suspended Account Fee

Suspended accounts will be charged a $25 Insufficient Funds Fee by Gulf Coast Bank upon each occurrence. If a family’s account is suspended by Gulf Coast Bank, they will be charged an additional fee of $25 to reinstate the account after any overdue payments are paid in full.

Late Payment Fee

Fee will be charged for all late payments made 30 days after the due date.

Payment Plans

Annual Payment Plan—No Banking Fees!

All Tuition and Fees are due by July 1st through the online portal at Gulf Coast Bank and Trust. Deposits made prior to July 1st will be credited towards the total amount of Tuition and Fees for the upcoming school year. The first two quarterly School Choice payments will be credited towards your total tuition due on July 1st. The remaining two quarterly payments will be credited in March 2021 to next year’s Re-Enrollment Deposit or refunded to the family.

Monthly Payment Plan

Beginning July 1st, families will make monthly payments on the 1st of each month over eleven (11) months (July through May) through the online portal at Gulf Coast Bank and Trust. Deposits made prior to July 1st will be credited towards the total amount of Tuition and Fees for the upcoming school year. School Choice payments will be credited in December 2020 and March 2021 through the online portal and will reduce the remaining monthly payment amount going forward.

Because Raphael Academy offers rolling admission, adjustments to the Monthly Payment Plan will be made depending on the actual date of enrollment. For further information please contact [email protected].

Prorated tuition is available for students who begin class after the start of the school year. Please inquire with the office for a copy of the Tuition Prorating Plan. Please note that all tuition payments must be paid in full by May 1st of the current school year even if the student enrolls after the start of school.

Don’t forget that re-enrollment deposits are due by March 15th for the following school year in addition to your monthly payment.

Bridging the Gap

Please note that tuition alone does not cover the cost of educating each child at Raphael Academy. We depend on donations and fundraising to cover this gap in funding. Learn more about how you can participate in our Annual Giving Campaign, Tennis Fun-Raiser, and Soraparu Soirée fundraisers, so that Raphael Academy can continue to offer the best program possible for your child.
