Career Specialists support employers by providing training, enhancing employee retention, and ensuring clear communication between employers and our Hive clients. They help align workforce strategies with business needs, promote inclusive hiring practices, advise on workplace accommodations, and assist in the successful integration of new employees.

Troi Guilbeaux, Hive Director

Ms. Guilbeaux brings strong supported employment experience to The Hive through hands-on job coaching, individualized skill-building, and workplace integration support for people with varying abilities.

In her previous role as Assistant Director of Employment Services, she oversaw case management for Medicaid Waiver and LRS participants, coordinated participant recruitment and onboarding, and ensured program compliance with state and federal guidelines. Ms. Guilbeaux developed and delivered employment-readiness trainings, including the I-CAN job readiness curriculum, while also mentoring staff who supported job seekers. Additionally, she collaborated with employers to resolve workplace concerns, implement accommodations, and promote long-term job retention.

Her experience reflects a solid blend of direct support, program administration, and employment services leadership.
