Hive Goals:

Increasing your profit margin

Over the past five years, companies that have led on disability inclusion criteria over that time saw 1.6 time more revenue, 2.6 times more net income, and 2 times more economic profit than other companies… leaders are more likely to outperform industry peers in productivity by 24 percent.

Increase Motivation & Reduce Turnover

Individuals with disabilities are highly motivated to work because in addition to earning money, they experience social integration and participation…results in less absenteeism, tardiness, and employee turnover.

Providing You with Tax Incentives

Federal financial incentives include the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC), the Architectural Barrier Removal Tax Deduction, and the Disabled Access Credit, along with Louisiana Tax Credits.
